Rototech’s strategy is to be close to its Customers with local presence and production operations, in order to minimize logistic costs and for better understanding of specific country needs.
At the same time, it is a Group’s priority to have a standard and to give a common footprint through the Rototech Production System in all production sites around the globe.
The Group has developed a specific business model for “fast and easy” production sites localization.
